I don't think we would ever be able to stretch that...
Most homeowners insurance companys will only write homeowners with 1000 deductible especially if you live in a high risk area...

Everything went fine for me until August last year.I own a landscaping business. How I got into the bind was My wife and I bought a subway used the cash (profit) from landscaping to buy it, so the landscaping co pretty much owned it. I also was in a bad wreck in 2004

However, we had to file BK under the landscaping co because of subway failing we were having the landscaping bills AND subway bills pile up. So I went ahead and took the heat filed ch 13 for dba landscaping company and personal. landscpaing was not INC until jan 15 2007, so didnt include the landscaping co.

I think we should have just filed BK under the subway franchise and it woulda been done and over with.

Hard to make payments here. Havent paid for 5 months now, just started to pay back and now 4 months behind.... so your not the only one. im also forcing to be dismissed
