    Question re: Missing Certification

I was checking Pacer today and found the following notice:

    Notice of Missing Certification Evidencing
    Compliance with General Order 3
Amended General Order 3: Filing of Payment Advices Pursuant to 11 USC Sec. 521(a)(1)(B)(iv) requires the debtor
to file with the court, at least seven days prior to the first date set for the meeting of creditors, but not later than 45
days after the filing of the petition, a certification evidencing compliance with said general order.
A review of your case indicates that no certification has been filed to date. If a certification is not filed by February 4,
2008, your case will be automatically dismissed.
    Dated: January

What does this mean? The only thing I could think of was our credit counseling, which was done the beginning of December, and the certificates are included in our petition..... Any clues??

    Thanks!!

Sounds to me like they are missing your income stubs. Call your lawyer or the court if you filed pro se and ask what you need to submit.

Thanks! I just got a hold of my lawyer, and she has been out sick, so she just sent it a day ago. Should be there in plenty of time.
