Anyone have a rental while filing chap 13???

Hi everyone I have a rental home that is one month behind and this is a home we are trying to move back into BUT our state doesnt allow us to get the renters out until 60 days has gone by!

My question is has anyone had this same problem if so how was the trustee about it being a rental until the end of there lease???

Any input would be good!

I own a home and also owned a rental home. Part of the Chapter 13 agreement was that the rental property would go back to the bank. They will not let you keep rental property as far as I know.

You may want to offer your tenents some $$ to move out of your home immediately so that you can make the rental your primary residence.
