You can do it! It's sometimes difficult (eatin peanut butter or ramen noodles) but you get used to it after a while.

A lot of people here wish they had a $240/month payment. I know that I do. Some people here are paying upwards of $2500/month. Yeow.

When did you get that letter from your Trustee? The court date you are talking about..... is it the 341? $240.00 is GREAT. I would take that in a heartbeat. Let us know how it turns out Monday. Wish you all the best.

I got the letter last Saturday, it's actually the Trustee's Finding of fact and summary of 341 meeting.

my court date is still set for Monday, my lawyer has still not given me an answer on what to do. Not sure if she is speaking with the trustee or if we are just going to figure it out in court.

not knowing what is going to happen is killing me.
