    Order Revoking.........

    Order Revoking Order to Pay

    Comes now for consideration the matter of revocation of the Order earlier entered directing the employer of the debtor to withhold certain sums from the debtor's salary each month; and it appearing to the Court that other arrangements have been made.
    It is Ordered, that the Order Previously entered directing xxxxxxxxx to withhold sums of money from the pay of the debtor should be, and hereby is revoked and the Debtor's employer should stop making payments to the trustee



    Also new today on Pacer, an order releasing the balance of my student loan from my 13 plan with payments to be resumed by me beginning November 1.

    Yay! I got my letter last week 9/25 was listed on the website as the close date; I can't wait until I have documents in hand to be officially over it!

      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

        Update on Trustee's Website this morning....

        Up in the corner under status, it went from possible closing to
        Completed(9/27/2007)

        And also new under the dates section

        Closing order date: 9/27/2007

        Date closed: 9/29/2007

        So guys I guess we will be closed tomorrow, although I won't really believe it until I see it on Pacer.

            Congratulations!!!!!!!! Everytime someone on this board completes a Chapter 13 and gets paroled, it gives me hope and motivation!

              Congrads - WELL DONE.................

              Now back to some kind of "normal life" - if you can remember what that was like......
