Hello Everyone, I finally made it back to the board, I could never retreive my password. Today it worked and I have good news. We finally completed our chapter 13 after 60 long months. I think I am still in shock. Last payment went out yesterday so we just have to sit back and wait for our discharge papers which could take up to 3 months, thats what we were told. I do have a question. Is it true that your credit scores go up and if so how long does that take. I am so anxious right now. I dont want to get in more debt but I need not want a car and havent had any new things as you all can imagine, furniture, etc, any input I would appreciate. THANKS IN ADVANCE

It's time for another 13 party!!
Get out the balloons and noisemakers - we're celebrating!! Way to go, thirdtime!
As far as your credit scores go, they will climb as you continue to make on-time payments. Ease back into the credit game slowly and carefully - only necessities at first - and make certain that you can live within your means without the structure of your plan before taking on any big debt.
Again - congrats! YOU MADE IT TO THE 13 FINISH LINE! Fantastic!I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
