Did anyone have creditors that didnt file and didnt have to pay?

06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED

The only creditor that didn't file in my case was Citi - 3 credit cards with Citi. It was a pretty good chuck of change though. Not sure why they didn't file.Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06 :blink: 341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:

my brother on had 30,000 out of possible 80,000 file claims. his biggest creditor failed to file like citibank 12,000 chase 10,000...
and he is in a 100% payback so it was a HUGE HUGE difference for him. Difference between a 750 payment at a 1600 payment!!Chapter 7 Pro Se....Discharged Feb. 2006Comment

Every one of the creditors filed a claim. Every. One. Of. Them.
