If i filed for a 13, do i have to appear in front of a judge. I have anxiety and panic issues and i am terrified to do that. Thanks again

You do not have to appear in front of a judge in a court room type setting like you are probably thinking. It is more like a meeting type atmosphere and it is with a trustee, not a judge. Stop and take a deep breath. This is not court TV....relax!! You'll be fine. We were all nervous. But the 341 meeting, which it the court portion you are thinking of is actually not that bad...seriouslly you'll be fine!!!Chapter 7 Pro Se....Discharged Feb. 2006 -
When the Trustee objected to my plan, I had to go before the Bk judge, and since I had a lawyer I didnt have to stand up in front of him. My lawyer represented me, I just had to be present. Piece of cake!
Just make sure your not chewing any gum!
