Eloping after filing... but before 341 meeting

Hey all!

Last week I filed my chapter 13 paperwork (Pro Se).

I currently live alone, but in a couple weeks my fiance and I will be eloping (several reasons, but now is the time).

My section 341 meeting is a week AFTER my wedding.

I don't want my new bride's income included, as they are my debts from a previous marriage. However, I also don't want t perjure myself in court.

Will the trustee ask anything about me getting married or my living situation?

Does the Trustee know you'll be getting married? I'm sure he'll wonder how much money you could be getting from relatives and friends in the form of cash or gifts? That's just something to keep in mind.

Since the marriage is AFTER your "filed on" date, you don't have anything to worry about.
