Ok we are on the verge of chapter 7/13 most likely 13. Right now I am not working but what happens if I go back to work. Do they make us pay more. I am dealing with some health issues but not receiving any disability.

If you do wind up in Ch 13, and you were to go back to work, your Plan payments could increase. Depending on your initial %'age of payback. If it's less than 100% to Unsecureds, then most likely your payments would increase.
If your Plan payments are increase, you'd be allowed "reasonable costs" for working. Gasoline/transportation, clothes if needed, childcare if needed, and such. But any "disposable income" beyond what the Trustee considers "reasonable" for obtaining work will be taken for your Ch 13 Plan.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
