    NDC, Pacer and ADP payments

According to Pacer, the amended plan was filed on 06/18. I made my "new" payment on the 19th. NDC is still not updated for the new plan and the trustee sent out another pre-confirmation payment to the secured creditor for the Adequate Protection Disbursement on the 21st. Did I get screwed here again or will they be able to get that back?
I used to have a life, now I have grandkids.

Can't speak for what will happen in your case, but our trustee made a payment to our mortgage company's lawyer who filed a claim for his fees to file their objection to our case (said we were in arrears when we filed - we weren't). Our lawyer forced our mortgage company into court to prove their allegations - they were a no show so our bankruptcy judge threw out their objection.

Our lawyer contacted our trustee to get the payment back from the creditor's lawyer, and the trustee then filed an official request through the court to telling the lawyer to return the money. The lawyer sent the money back. (Felt good, let me tell you!)

Hope your creditor is forced to return the money they were paid too!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
