well hopefully your trustee will work with you . Keep the house then (sounds like you need it, good for you on the rescue) and let the car go. I can attest to ramen noodles. LOLOL Hopefully you can get the plan amended but if not, consider another attorney and refiling. Good luck.

well, I'm pretty much in shock after court today, the long shot came thru - Got some more time to figure things out -a month to make some payments and come up with a revised plan. You were right the judge wasn't mean at all, actually pretty understanding and the trustee seemed skeptical but he didn't object at this time.

Congrats!! Hang in there, and get those payments in~even if you have to have a yard sale, ebay stuff, whatever- do it and get it done with so you can move forward with your life! ;)
