    What do I list

I am trying to get through some more of this paperwork to file my ch. 13 quickly like next week. Do I list the original lender or credit card company or do I list the collection agency that it is at now????

I really don't want to list both if I have to pay a percentage of each right?????

I still have not consulted with an attorney so I am flying solo and to be honest I am a little worried but there is only one attorney in our area that does 13's and I don't think that they can file this as quickly as I need it to be.....

If you all have any advice I would appriciate it and will be able to give you all the rest of the story hopefully after tomorrow.....

    Thanks in advance

List the creditor and notate the collection agency that may have bought you debt. Nowadays some creditors have their own collections dept. You wont be paying on "both," as they are one in the same - that would be unfair, you know.

DONT LEAVE ANY DEBT OUT, you must list everything. It is up to the creditors in the end to file a proof of claim when your BK gets activated if they want to get paid.

List the original Creditor or CC with the acct number, mailing address and $$$ amount of the debt. Then, in the next box below that, say "Representing Creditor's Name". Then list Creditor's name C/O the Collection Agency and the Collection's Agency's mailing address.

List everyone you know of that's associated with any acct you're listing.

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
