Judgement in Chapter 13

If a unsecured creditor that has a judgement in 13 is going to be paid back at 100% (100% plan), then when will would the debtor be able to have the judgment vacated? Would it be when the 13 is discharged?

If you can get confirmation from the trustee's distribution report that the creditor has received all their money before the discharge, then you can probably get the judgment vacated before discharge. However, the most common route is that the judgment gets vacated on discharge.
