How long after final disbursement...

How long after the trustee sent out your final disbursement did you receive your discharge? When did PACER state that you were discharged? I'm getting differing info from trustee's office and attorney's office. One says a few weeks, the other a few months. Which is it? UGHHH....

My trustee sends disbursements out between the 15th and 21st of every month so I'm hoping something will change on PACER sometime after that. Hopefully sooner rather than later!! Being patient sucks!!!

After you complete your Plan Payments, the Trustee will do a "Final Audit" of your Plan. Account for all the money you paid in, where it went, that sort of thing.

Depending on the Trustee, it can take several weeks before you actually get your Discharge notice and have your case Closed.

First let me congratulate you on getting this far... I know it's been a long road!! Hang in there Jenrw74 it's almost over!!

Our date for "last disbursement" was 1/26/07, our discharge date was 3/8/07.. that was exactly 42 days or rather 1 month and 11 days!! Hope this timeline helps!
