Anyone know what this means?

I tried to find an answer, but so far have not. You can always go to the bottom of the page and select "contact us" and write them an e-mail. They can probably tell you.

My case by the way says "active"

im sorry I dont know what the means, I had a message that said audit pending and the trustees office was able to explain what that meant. Mine said nearing completion a couple of weeks ago, but now its back to saying active. Ive got about 5 months to go
