We have an old car - it's a '89 Ford Tempo. It's probably worth $200 - or that's what we'd like to sell it for. DH has a friend who is in need of a car, and we don't really use it much anymore. We originally got this car as a gift for free from a friend and we requested Trustee's permission to include it as assett since it wasn't on the original paperwork we submitted. At the 341, Trustee said it was fine and posed on objections and proceeded with the signing over of the title to us. My question is, is it ok to sell this car while in Chapter 13 (we're on month 16 out of 36)?
