Finally Filed Waiting Game..what to expect??

Hello,
I've been reading this forum since realizing what our situation was back in October. Thank goodness for the information here because when I met with the attorneys, I had a lot of knowledge...so thank you guys for sharing your wisdom here.

We filed Chapter 13 on Feb 15th. Our attorney seemed to think she has everything she needs except all the pay stubs which I'm working on getting her. We have our 341 Meeting April 10th.

Do I just wait now for the 341 Meeting? Do the Trustee and Attorney talk about my case prior to that or after that? I just don't understand the process.

Not much happens between filing and the 341 meeting vis-a-vis your attorney and the trustee. The first time your attorney and trustee will really address your case is at the 341 meeting.

So aside making sure you have all your paperwork and that everything that needs to be filed has been filed, there is not much to do, or concern yourself with until the 341 meeting.
