Payments for spouse who didn't file too

Is there any place on Schedule J for CC payments for the spouse who didn't file BK? Or are those spouses payments just ignored in the writing of the plan?

    Thanks

I am bumping this back up again because I really need an answer if someone has one. Because we didn't have time to plan the filing, we are now doing some post filing calculations and looking at our options. (Thank you God for a prayer that may have been answered)

Also, what is the effect of turning in a secured asset in the middle of the life of the bk, especially the effect to the spouse who didn't file but co-signed the loan. What if the asset is sold for less than the amount owed.

Final question, is there any room for negotiation for the order in which secured payments are paid out, specifically, we'd prefer that the mortgage was paid before the other secured creditor, but the first attorney wrote the plan so that the mortgage arrears were paid last. Keep in mind that my plan has not been confirmed and there may be major changes to the plan.

    Thanks ya'll.
