I have a chpt. 13 question on behalf of a relative (i filed 7, so I'm not quite sure about some of the 13 stuff). Is the repayment amt. based on the last 6 months income or the present income. My brother made just over the median income based on the last 6 months and has to file 13. But he just got a new job and makes a whole lot more. He will make approx. 80,000 over the next year (comission based sales), but only made a little over the median in the calculations. Thanks!
