It is amazing to me that people who don't even know me can see the picture so clearly yet my husband, who supposedly should know me better than anyone else, can't see it! LOL Seriously, I wish I could get him to agree with me that we need to just find a place to rent, save up some money and try to buy a house again in a year or so. If we even can refinance right now, we are going to get a crappy interest rate, I'm sure, and probably screw ourselves all over again. I keep trying to explain this to him in the nicest, least sarcastic way possible, which is not easy for me.
He is working part-time but looking for something else although the economy in Michigan is horrible and there are not many jobs in his field right now. He is even looking out of state, which I think is an even better reason not to buy a house and just rent til we know what his job future will be. I have a pretty secure job that I really don't want to leave, but I would if I felt he had something promising to go to out of state.
Anyway, it is so nice to be able to vent here because I really don't have anyone to talk to about it elsewhere. Only a few people know about our situation.
Cindy, thank you for asking about my daughter. She is doing really well. She was diagnosed at 18-months old and is now 3. She is an amazing child, very spirited and full of energy. I am hopeful that she will continue to do so well. If you have any information or advice specific to CF, I would love to hear from you!
I hope things work out for all of us who have been down the BK road.
