Claim amount is what the credit says you owe him........ scheduled amount is what the trustee is going to pay them...... usually a % unless your paying back at 100%.......
Others can chime in here, but I think I'm correct.....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
i would say yes, they have filed a claim, but I would also check on pacer and check the claims register and see who all filed a claim in your case..... it will also say how much they filed for.....

I know in our case the schedual amount was what our lawyer said we owe. And the claim amount is what the credit companys want. For us neither one is what we will pay. We are on a 0% plan so the unsecured creditors will not get anything.

In NDC, the "scheduled" amount is the amount you stated in your filing. The claim amount is as mini says the amount the creditor claims. The trustee will determine if to allow the claim and that will depend on if you say it is wrong when they send you the list of claims.
