Wow... I got a surprise this week. My case was filed July 7 and I had my 341 meeting on August 21. My 341 meeting went fairly well. I was due for a confirmation hearing on November 15th however I got a letter from attorney this week saying that the judge had confirmed my plan with no objections. HUH?? I didn't realize that if the trustee accepts the plan and no objections are filed that the judge may cofirm the plan before the hearing.

So, I guess I'm on my way.... 3 down, 47 to go!

You are lucky, your case was smooth, I even went before the judge and he didn't want to make a decision for confirmation.

No. I actually met the means test to file chapter 7.
