Notice of Completion Payment and Filing Chapter 13

Today I checked pacer, and found out a document "Notice of Completion of Plan Payments and Filing Deadlines" . I am in Chapter 13 100% payment back. I make my final payment in July 2024. I have been waiting for the discharge. After my last payment the is the next document I got from Pacer. Does it means that is getting close for complete? My attorney told me that the Trustee has been very slow. I hope it move faster now. Any ideas of what are the next steps?
Thank you and Happy new year!

Yes. The notice of plan payment completion is the first step. Usually either the Trustee or the debtor's attorney files a motion for entry of discharge. The debtor must file an affidavit concerning domestic support obligations. the debtor must file the financial management course certificate and certification (the second class).

So if you attorney says it's moving slow, then it's moving slow. Typically we see about 90 days from the filing of the plan completion. To me it reads as though there's something going on if that plan payment completion was filed back in July.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
