Discharged - included in chapter 13 removed?

Chapter 13 was just discharged. Car loan is showing included in chapter 13 and worst delinquency none reported. There was only one month included in the chapter 13 for the car loan. Can I get this negative account off?

If the reporting is accurate, and it sounds like it is, then there is nothing you can do. That said, the Chapter 13 on your records trumps all other negative remarks and the fact it is showing does not hurt you in the least. By the time your bankruptcy falls off your records (a little less than two years from now), your credit report will be squeaky clean.
