HiYa! Update**
My wife and I have been paying back %100 now (plus trustee fees) we are at about 24 months. We originally were in 80% repayment, but I applied for VA disability benefits and won. So the Trustee got my half of my back pay and we basically give the VA money to the Trustee to pay in full now.
Our lawyer said they couldn't technically take the VA money, but they could go around and say we had more disposable income now. So we decided to just pay it and not have to go back and fight the Trustee.
