Arguing Medidan Test
Anybody care to give me some tips on how to argue my disposable income to the judge when I go tomorrow? My lawyer proposed $250, the Trustee saw I have $800, nevermind the FACT the Median Test proved I had no disposable income, but my "real life," budget shows I more than what was proposed, hmmm, I wonder if that is even arguable. I know this is the gray area of the new law, but why bother changing it if your not going to follow it! It's not our fault Congress didn't think about things when the bill got signed. That's a mistake on their part and they need to pay for them, until they can do something about it.
