Chapter 13 Amex issue

I had my Chapter 13 discharged officially about 3 weeks ago. Strangely I got 2 credit alerts today on my Transunion credit report from American Express. One shows American Express is reporting a bankruptcy (almost like an alert you would get when you first file) and they are also reporting a Delinquent account. American Express was part of the Chapter 13 and both of the accounts I had with them show a zero balance and status Wage Earner Plan on this same Transunion report. Does anyone have any idea why American Express suddenly did this when I've been discharged and do you think this is something I need to address with them or is this a normal thing? Any info would be appreciated.

I would go to AnnualCreditReport.com and pull your reports from all three bureaus; if something looks untoward on any of them, refer the matter to your attorney.
