Who to contact about missing payments?

So I follow my case on the trustees website and I’m missing a weekly payment from October. Payroll removes it every week from my check and sends it but one is missing and now it’s showing I’m delinquent. Idk if I should call my attorney or the trustees office.

I would start with the attorney and get his advice.

Was it just one week in October missing and the other payments for November were all taken out?
I am not an expert. I share my experiences in the Wonderful Wacky World of Chapter 13! Filed 3-30-18 Confirmed 7-11-18 Discharged 6-8-22

Yes it was just one week, I have been waiting to see if it randomly shows up because someone was but or whatever but 5 other payments have been posted since. I sent them an email last night but not sure of the office was open today or not.

That's good. Keep us updated when you hear from the attorney.

Since it's taken from payroll hopefully it's evident that it was beyond your control, and you are taking steps to get it rectified.

Update on this situation, the attorney did not seem worried about the missing payments as I have proof they were withdrawn from my paycheck. The missing payment actually showed up the first week on January after the holidays cleared and everything settled down but it was almost 2 1/2 months after it was payroll deducted from my check.

I am glad to hear that it worked out without any hassle. Another example of trying not to worry when your attorney isn't worried.
