Can I refinance car psid outside CH13?

Live in Texas, just got my Ch 13 case confirmed and payments being made. Question is if I can have a car paid outside the plan refinanced by someone else? Have a 27% interest rate obviously due to bad credit and have a friend willing to refi it under their name, can I do this?

In my district at least, I could not do such a thing without previous approval of my Trustee. You should probably direct this question to your attorney.
