Nearing the end but not sure what happens next

I will make what should be my 57th payment in March. But, I received my property tax bill for my automobile at the end of December. They are charging me the amount of taxes that have not been paid through the plan. This is from 2016 and were overdue when I filed in 2018. The difference from what the plan has paid and what I owed with penalties and late payment charges is about $400. I always submit my yearly tax declaration late and because of the chapter 13 I have to pay in person. The tax employee told me that not submitting my declaration timely would nullify the bankruptcy agreement I had with them and I would owe the entire tax. I guess this is what happened.

I can pay it and will pay it in March but could this debt stop my discharge? I know I am supposed to keep up with all payments and I have besides not filing the tax declaration on time. Would this stop my discharge?

Thanks, I have been almost perfect throughout this process and would hate for this to mess it up. This was the smartest decision I ever made and I treated it seriously.
