Well I made my last ch13 payment on 9/27. Should be at trustees office in next 2days. Second course done & certificate posted. I'm relieved but now how long before discharge? My trustee is still holding around $6K of payments; seems like a slow process is headed my way plus in FL not in hurricane damage area but hoping it won't take long!!!!! Longest 60 months EVER!!!😰😰

Congratulations! It seems 2022 is a bumper year for Chapter 13 discharges. Regarding when your discharge comes through, it varies by region; in my case I got the discharge almost exactly 4-weeks after my final payment was posted; I'll let justbroke comment on what is typical for Florida.Chapter 13 (not 100%):- Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California

My last payment was in May but I think my case was closed in August. The discharge did come rather quickly and I think as soon as the Trustee posted the notice of plan payments completion, the discharge wasn't far behind. I had some administrative issues at the end, but it wasn't too bad, overall.
The discharge is the prize.
Congratulations!
