Question End of BK13, do we sign legal documentation about having no child support or similar?

Barbisi and I were talking today about finishing this bk13 up. She mentioned, each person finishing a bk13 is required to sign some form of legal documentation, stating we do not owe child support or similar obligations. Is this true? Neither of us owe that kind of obligation, but we just need to know if we need to sign something, where to get it, where to send it, etc. We will also ask our attorney of course.

Yes, there's an affidavit of domestic support. It doesn't matter if you don't owe any or never owed any. It's just telling the court that you are caught up on "all" payments including domestic payments.

Your attorney should send you this form.

Update - we asked our attorney, who replied, indicating this form is part of the discharge documentation.
