A Positive Outlook
I guess I should'nt rant and rave about whatever plan the courts confirm. My plan may request $800 a month. OUCH! But my positive thinking on this is, without the Bk13 option, I'd probably be paying THAT and much more to the creditors anyway and feeling that I'm not getting anywhere by paying the minimum, with the constant finance charges, and interest rates just building up overtime. So Bk13 is a life saver in the end if one can stick with the plan. You don't have to worry anymore with harrassing phone calls, judgements, liens, garnishments, etc.
If anyone is to blame, I blame myself for getting into this mess to begin with. Being a gambler, I do blame myself, I'll stop making lame excuses and start taking responsibility.
Although I admit I want to continue gambling, without the luxury of the credit cards, I think at the same time I'll look into a Gamblers Anonymous program, anyone have any phone numbers to ones in the state of Virginia, hit me up.
I've only been here a short bit and feel everyone on this site, are extremely supportive of each other, regardless of their faults and how they got into Bk to begin with.
And wish to thank them for their continued support!
