My spouse and I are currently 40 months into a 50 month plan. My spouse has decided to return to school to work on her bachelors degree and will be using gi bill benefits. This means that she will get around an extra $1000 a month for housing. This will only happen for 4 months then she will be out of school in the summer and when she starts school in the fall again it will be time for our bankruptcy case to end. My question is, do you think our trustee will go through the trouble of raising our payments for those 4 months? We live in Ohio.
