Made my 57 payment but owe IRS

I owe the IRS $36 I set up a date to pay but they have still not finished my taxes after 3 weeks. Will they file a claim with my trustee? I don't want to cause problems
when Im this close to discharge.

They are hardly likely to file a claim in an existing Chapter 13. Especially since the last day to file a claim has passed (180 days after the 341 Meeting for governmental units). They would only file a claim if you had asked and the Trustee and court allowed.

I don't see an immediate issue.
