Here we go. When the creditors receive notice do they see the plan monthly payment amount proposed? Do they see all of the other creditors amounts, claims, etc?
    TIA

Every creditor on the mailing matrix receives the Notice of Bankruptcy and a copy of your Chapter 13 Plan. If a creditor, or anyone for that matter, chose to obtain a PACER account (or has a CM/ECF account for filing claims) could look at any public document in your electronic case folder. It would cost them money to review that since there is a cost per page. Only a creditor that needed more detail would go through the cost to review everything not sent for free.

Most don't even look at or review any of the information. The secured creditors will scrutinize the Chapter 13 Plan because it affects them (retain, surrender, payment terms, APR, etc). Most unsecured creditors are only worried about filing a claim so that they "may" get something in the distribution. Many larger creditors will just sell the debt as part of a portfolio to a junk debt buyer (JDB) such as eCast Settlement, B-Real, B-Line, LVNV Funding and a host of others. It's easier for the original creditor to get $0.04 on the dollar and be done.

My Mortgage account online with Nationstar is no longer available even though this is not part of my 13 plan. What's this about?
I was going to keep my home and make my payments I'm not behind on them. I have a 1st and a 2nd on my current residence.
      TIA

Even if you are not paying your lender "through" the plan, it is still part of a Chapter 13 Plan of Reorganization. Almost every single lender will disable online payments even though you are paying direct.

You will need to contact the lender and ask if they will renabled it (possible but unlikely), pay through a billpay service through your bank, or send checks by mail.

The lender is making sure they don't violate the automatic stay even though most lenders that are paid "outside" the plan are not bound by the stay.
