So was I and I still do. I also did this with Pacer and my first bill was $80.00. I felt stupid at first but I thought about it and it was 90% cheaper than going through my attorney for answers about what is going on with my 13 because after I was confirmed he could care less about what I was asking. Pacer gave me all the answers I needed. Now, my next bill should be $0 - $15.00. This site, Pacer, NDC and TSF is a God Send!

I used to check NDC on a regular basis just because. My understanding is the info is updated by the trustee if and when. It may not be current or accurate. PACER, on the other hand, is maintained by the courts so much more reliable. I signed up for PACER towards the end of my 13 to verify information but was not obsessed about what was posted. It can be addicting and, as you have found out, a bit expensive if you get caught up in it. As was previously mentioned, the major concern is to make the monthly payments to the trustee on time and in full, the rest will take care of itself.

      Best of luck to you.

BNKRPTinNC, you are right on the money.....my 13 is self automated. I know that now. It really takes care of itself and I like that. Anything new at first is scary but now...I am okay. Now I see why my attorney just forgot about me on purpose after my confirmation but he still needs to be there for the next 3 years which is why I paid him.
