Has NDC's base plan amount ever been really, really wrong for anyone?

Ok, so I filed 2 1/2 years ago and things have been going fine. I logged into the NDC for the first time today and see that the base plan amount listed there is exactly enough for a 3 year plan. I basically have 6 months left. I thought I was on a 5 year plan. I'm going through my papers and I don't see anywhere that says "you are on a 60 month plan" or anything of the sort. So, I am confused. I am afraid to get too excited about this, so I'm wondering if anyone else experienced something like this.

You should look at your plan and it should have dates and/or a duration. So look for something that says Chapter 13 Plan near the top.
