I'm having trouble finding an accurate Median Income. I have a family of 6 including me and I'm not sure if it is supposed to be a regional number or a State number on the means test form for CH13. Any assistance and guidance would be appreciated.

I highly recommend that you always obtain the numbers from the U.S. Trustee Program's website at https://www.justice.gov/ust/means-testing.
I chose the current numbers used for cases filed on or after 11/1/2016: https://www.justice.gov/ust/means-testing/20161101
The actual numbers come from the "Median Family Income Based on State/Territory and Family Size" link found on that page. Here's the link: https://www.justice.gov/ust/eo/bapcp...come_table.htm
The number is a State number. From that chart, a family of 6 in California is: $83,012 for 4 PLUS $8,400 for each additional person. You have 2 additional people so that's $16,800 + $83,012 for a total of $99,812.
(Note: the Means Test Calculator on Legal Consumer's appears to be accurate and has the same value I calculated.)Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
