Has anyone gone through a divorce while in chapter 13? How will it affect the case? I just got legally separated and I'm not sure if I should wait until I'm divorced, which takes a year in NC, to inform my lawyer?

Inform your lawyer so he/she can advise you. Your lawyer cannot protect you from potential issues if you don't keep him/her informed of any major financial changes. A division of one household into two is a major change.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
