My lawyer told me he'll get paid during the coarse of the plan. However, he's been paid in full 7 months into it. Has that been the case with anyone else? Does admin cost get paid first normally?

My attorney was first to be paid once we were confirmed. -
We get paid after the Trustee deducts his/her allowed fee but before other creditors unless the Court orders a particular creditor "adequate protection" payments. Priority (delinquent) Domestic Support Obligations are suppose to be paid before us but, to date, I have not seen this happen - at least not in any case I have handled.
