Pacer; How does it bill and when..?

I use Pacer allot and I know I should not but it is helping me to know what is going on with my Chapter 13. It does show that I owe $47.00 but I am not sure when they are going to bill my cc. Do they bill every 3 or 4 months, and do you know what day of the month? This would really help and yes I know, do not use it as much. Thanks!

Lukesky..that is bd!!! As long as you realize what you did and STOP IT . I always get a notice around the beginning of the month and the charge would go on my debit card around the 12th. You'l get a notice. You'll even get one when you don't have a balance.

LOL sophieanne, thats fine and thank you. I know its allot of money but it is a one time thing until I can see what is going on. My confirmation hearing is today 11-4-16 and I hope my attorney tells me what the outcome is soon.

Mine bills quarterly and if you look on pacer you can see how much you have spent if it is under $15 they don't charge you so I always stay under that amount or login under my husbands pacer.

Keep in mind that when you access Pacer & do a query for your case number or name & it comes up, look at the last entry date & if it has not changed, then there's no need to go to the next step & access the case. That will save you money. I used to look at my case every day while I was going through bankruptcy but only went to the next step if I seen they added something.
