My trustee said they know my job is known for paying wage deduction slow. So they said they take pay stubs at Confirmation Hearing as proof of payment. But at what point will those payments have to come in. My lawyer said if they don't pay they Will motion them to pay by court. Will the trustee go after them as well?

Your company holds those wage deductions "in trust" for the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee. If the company does not turnover the funds, the Trustee will motion the court with a Motion to Turnover or other type of motion to force the company to pay the Trustee. In other words, the Trustee will "go after" your employer.
(The Trustee's only recourse is to enlist the help of the bankruptcy court and to apply the weight of the Federal court on the employer. )Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
