Our financial management class is completed, trustee filed audit and lawyer filed "Motion for Entry of Discharge". Does anyone know how long it will take to get the actual discharge? We are in MA if that helps!

Took us about 2 months from that point.

After my lawyer filed the motion for discharge, it took exactly 24 days for mine to come through.

Mine is almost the same as Out4good...as soon as it w3as filed, I was charged..it went to discharge right away. Good luck and congratulations!Filed Chapter 13 - 07/20/12
