Pacer reports "awaiting discharge", NDC reports open

Pacer reports "awaiting discharge". NDC was listed last week as case open then 5 days ago listed z-npoc back to case open.
What does this mean?
I assume since Pacer says "awaiting discharge" that is accurate?
all secured debt is paid , balance in account is $800
I am in month 57 of 60.
is it possible it will be discharged early?
