Just had creditors meeting last Friday, went well. Only as a few questions and told me to take my w-4 down so I don't owe taxes. What is this standard objection trustee letter? at the orientation, the lady said we would all get one.

I can't tell you what your Trustee does in their specific letter. I know that mine ALWAYS objected that the plan "may not" contribute all disposable income and that the debtor did not satisfy the best interest of creditors (to name a few).

My trustee had an objection after the 341 meeting. I don't even recall what it was for, so it had to be minor. Whatever it was got worked out.Comment
