Does filing for Ch 13 affect homeowners or car insurance rates?

It didn't effect mine either. However, I did try to shop for new rates -- from a different insurer -- and did notice that the rates were a little higher. Just stay with your current insurer for your home and car(s).Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
