    Done??!!!!!

    Trustee site this morning showed they went ahead and paid my last payment out of the disbursement cycle(6/20). Said Trustees Notice of Plan Completion of Payments.
    Also shows as soon as they cut BOA check, my refund check was right behind it!!
    Shows case closed on 6/7/16.
    PACER shows Discharged...letters sent to Atty and all creditors...so are we really finished or do we have to wait on creditors to answer?

    You received what you wanted... a discharge. The rest is an administrative close. Once the Trustee does their thing and all the checks clear, the Trustee will issue a final report and your case will close.

    The discharge is the true gold!

      $143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

                  I still feel nervous! Atty has already sent the Domestic Support letter in. I have become such a pessimist that I still think something will go wrong! Will I get a letter from the Court that has DISCHARGE???

                    Congrats to you on finishing. I just saw on pacer that the order of discharge was signed by the judge in my case today. So today is a great day. It has been a long 5 years. I feel like I can finally try to get my life back. On a personal note I had great support from my friends and family, especially my sister and my nephew. Sadly they both passed away in 2014 4 months apart. I wish that they could be here to celebrate with me but I know they are in heaven watching over me. Thanks to all of you on this forum. I wish everyone much success in their endeavors. I'm just going to take a deep breath and relax for awhile.
