TRCC = Trustees Recommendation Concerning Claims. I googled "TRCC Chapter 13" and got several hits. You must be in Texas which is where a TRCC is provided for in court rules. The trustee reviews claims to decide whehter to object to any of them and to make sure that the plan is sufficient to pay what is required. The TRCC is the result of that review. It sounds like your plan payment is higher than needed to pay all claims. If so, you may be able to modify your plan to lower the payments or shorten the term. It is also possible that your plan does not need to be modified and that you can just make the plan payment and your plan will be completed after you have paid 100% of all claims. Call your attorney to find out.
